How to Bee a Nature Creator:
My name is Mary Kraemer. I’m a garden artist and teacher. I love to really work with people where they are with nature. My hope is to help more people create more familial bonds of love for the environment in this critical time. I work in different settings to combine art and nature programming. My experiences include: elderly centers, therapeutic children’s home, adults with disabilities, “Artist in Residence”, all age and ability summer camps. I love to provide inspiration and what right action for others to do. I do this by adding layers of understanding, multisensory experiences. My classes include: gardening, nature art, flower arranging, painting murals, tile mosaic, weaving, digital media, stop motion animation, storytelling, climate club, and earth art activism (#earthivism).
As president of Austin Organic Gardeners, I hope to lead others in responsible cultivation, sustainability, organic education, fruit growing, change making and active empathetic leadership.

By reweaving nature thru art, we making connections to feed our selves mentally spiritual and physically. How is that ancestors made art that has lasted a millennium and not polluted or destroyed the land, we can do this too! Receive your natural green magic using nature’s language. I can help you Bee a Nature Creator • We will explore into wind, water, earth, climate, flowers • Make digital and natural art with natural materials on hand. Exploring photostory, songstory, and animal story with sound and stop motion animations. • Learn how to quickly use your ideas and devices to make create and express your feelings with natural green magic. • Participants to explore their own relationship with the environment while sharing stories and creating with natural, traditional, and digital art materials and techniques. • Content created will be compiled and processed into sharable images, video clips, and pod casts. • Cultivate an interest, knowledge, and awareness of media creation and the world around us. I love to combine technology to create digital and physical art with making plant and seed based images like mandalas, animal selfies and animations for story telling. |
